The Shapeshifting Sudoku Challenge

How to Play
Each day, players take on three linked Sudoku puzzles — a 4x4, a 6x6, and a 9x9. Each Sudoku puzzle has exactly one solution, and completing one puzzle transforms it into the next.
You'll start with the 4x4 grid, filling in numbers so that each row, column, and region contains every number exactly once. Once solved, the grid shifts and the numbers from your solved 4x4 are brought into the 6x6 as starting numbers.
The 6x6 grid starts with at least four of each number 1-4, plus whatever additional starting numbers (5 and 6) are needed to ensure only one solution. You'll then fill in the remaining spaces, still following Sudoku's classic rules.
When you solve the 6x6, it expands into a 9x9 grid, with numbers from the 6x6 serving as your starting clues for the final challenge. This stage begins with at least six of each number 1-6, plus the additional numbers (7-9) needed for a unique solution.
Finish all three as quickly as possible — your time determines your position on the leaderboard. The faster you solve, the higher you'll rank!
